Custom dress designs
2.1 Orders
All orders for made-to-measure dresses are subject to acceptance by VJOSADULI. We reserve the right to refuse an order if it does not meet our quality criteria or if it does not comply with ethical and legal standards.
2.2 Payment
Payment for a made-to-measure dress order must be made in advance, in accordance with the terms and conditions specified when the order is placed. If the customer cancels the order, no refund will be made.
2.3 Delivery
Delivery of the made-to-measure dress is carried out in the manner specified at the time of ordering. The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information to ensure successful delivery.
Rental of haute couture dresses
3.1 Reservations
Reservations for haute couture gowns are made online via our website. Reservations are subject to acceptance by VJOSADULI. We reserve the right to refuse a reservation if the dress is unavailable or does not meet VJOSADULI's quality criteria.
3.2 Payment
Payment for the rental of the haute couture dress must be made in advance, in accordance with the terms and conditions specified at the time of booking. If the customer cancels the reservation, no refund will be made.
3.3 Collection and return
The haute couture gown must be collected in accordance with the terms and conditions specified at the time of reservation. The haute couture dress must be returned within the time specified at the time of reservation and in the same condition as when it was rented. Any delay in returning the dress may result in additional charges.
Intellectual property rights
The customer acknowledges that VJOSADULI owns all intellectual property rights to the made-to-measure dresses and haute couture dresses offered by our Services.
Any total or partial reproduction of this content is strictly prohibited and may constitute an infringement of copyright.
